Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Refunds will be given as outlined below.

To secure your reservation a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250 is due at the time of booking.

The final balance is required 60 days before the departure date

Because of our up-front costs of organizing our trips and pre-paying the hotels and other vendors, we cannot give you a full refund if your plans change or you are unable to travel because of health issues, work or family commitments, financial hardship, or any other reason. 


Non-Refundable Deposit  –  $250

Balance Due   –  60 days before departure

Amount refunded if canceled between 31 and 60 days before departure  –   50% of total tour costs.

30 days before departure  –  No Refund


Additionally, all booking cancellations, no-shows, or non-payments are considered cancellations and are subject to a non-refundable deposit and the above trip cancellation fees.

We recommend buying travel insurance.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Grape Adventures at [email protected]. Cancellations sent to any other address will not be processed or considered.

No exceptions will be granted to our Cancellation policy.

Cancellation by Grape Adventures

While not common, there are situations when Grape Adventures cannot operate a tour, such as insufficient number of travelers, or unforeseen events. If Grape Adventures has to reschedule or cancel a trip, we will offer you the option of a) applying your payment(s) towards a different trip, or b) receiving a full refund.

Do not book any airfare or travel before your trip is confirmed.
