What destinations do your tours visit?

Grape Adventures hosts tours in Los Angeles, Malibu, Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara Wine Country, Ventura, Ojai Valley and Temecula Valley Wine Country.

How long is the tour?

The length of the tours varies from an afternoon sightseeing and wine tasting in Malibu (5.5 hours)  to an all-day adventure in LA, Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara Wine Country or Temecula Wine Country (7.5 – 10 hours).

Where do we meet to start the tour

We pick up from hotels, residences or a central location. One such central location is in front of Santa Monica Place (shopping mall)  in front of Nordstrom at 220 Broadway (Broadway & 3rd), Santa Monica.  

Where should I park?

If you are picked up from a hotel or residence, you do not have to worry about parking. If you are being picked up from a central meeting area, such as in front of Nordstrom at Santa Monica Place, there is a Santa Monica Municipal parking structure near the pick-up location.

What is your tour refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure. All tours canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We do offer rescheduling options for a future tour date subject to availability. No shows will be charged 100% without the rescheduling option.

What hotels do you pick up from?

We pick up at residences, offices and hundreds of hotels across Southern California for a reasonable fee.

I’m not sure where I want to be picked up or dropped off yet - What should I do?

If you are making a reservation and are unsure where you would like to be picked up, you can enter the central meeting location option and then text, email or call us with your requested pick up information when you are ready.

What time will I be picked up for my tour?

Wine + Vineyard Tour: Los Angeles, Malibu, Santa Monica, Ventura, Ojai – LA’s Closest Vineyards & Wine Experiences:

Pickup times at the free central meeting place located at 220 Broadway, Santa Monica. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance. If you miss the pick up location, we will ask that you take a ride share service to meet us at our first location. You can contact us by phone or text to find out the address. 805-267-9282

Please do not come to the central location for a pick up without making a reservation online, by phone or text – and without a confirmation.

We do not always stop by the central pick up location if we do not have any scheduled pick ups from there.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the posted start time and don’t forget to allow extra drive time for unpredictable LA traffic!

Posted tour start times and duration do not include pick up and drop off drive times from hotels and residences. You will be contacted the evening before your tour

If you choose a private tour, your pickup time from your requested location will be determined during the planning process after you have booked your tour.

Most tours typically begin early, mid or late morning or early afternoon.

What should I bring on the tour?

Sunscreen, hats, a jacket or sweater, sunglasses, comfortable shoes! 

Is gratuity included in the price?

No, it is not. Tips are greatly appreciated! If you enjoyed your tour standard tips are between 15%-20%

Is it secure to enter my credit card?

Grape Adventures Tours uses a secure payment system which uses the latest encryption techniques to ensure maximum security when you pay online.

Do you use my personal information?

We highly regard your privacy, the information that you give, including your name, email address, and phone number are used only for the process of your reservation or for us to contact you and will not be sold or used for any other purpose.

General Policy

Grape Adventures / Adventures LA schedules, prices, and routes are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for delayed or elongated tours due to traffic, weather, accidents, mechanical issues or any other situations beyond our control.

Grape Adventures / Adventures LA is not responsible for articles left on board. Customers are responsible for all items taken on a tour.

Grape Adventures / Adventures LA / KJH Holdings, LLC (GA) is acting solely as an agent in arranging tours, transportation, venues, and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default by you, GA, or any brewery/winery/ restaurant or company that the tour visits.

I acknowledge my participation in the Tour provided by Grape Adventures / Adventures LA is voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand that I voluntarily ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any risk of loss, personal injury, that may be sustained by me and any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of participation in the tour.
