What destinations do your tours visit?

Grape Adventures hosts tours in Los Angeles, Malibu, Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara Wine Country, Ventura, Ojai Valley and Temecula Valley Wine Country.

How long is the tour?

The length of the tours varies from an afternoon sightseeing and wine tasting in Malibu (5.5 hours)  to an all-day adventure in LA, Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara Wine Country or Temecula Wine Country (7.5 – 10 hours).

Where do we meet to start the tour

We pick up from hotels, residences or a central location. One such central location is in front of Santa Monica Place (shopping mall)  in front of Nordstrom at 220 Broadway (Broadway & 3rd), Santa Monica.  

Where should I park?

If you are picked up from a hotel or residence, you do not have to worry about parking. If you are being picked up from a central meeting area, such as in front of Nordstrom at Santa Monica Place, there is a Santa Monica Municipal parking structure near the pick-up location.

What is your tour refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure. All tours canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We do offer rescheduling options for a future tour date subject to availability. No shows will be charged 100% without the rescheduling option.

What hotels do you pick up from?

We pick up from most Southern California  hotels and residences. See our hotel pick up page for more infomation. Most pick up locations are complimentary. However, depending on distance from the start of the tour, their could be a nominal fee for some of the more distant pick up locations.   At the end of your tour, we will drop you off at your hotel or another agreed upon location. Enter your requested pick up location during the booking process.

I’m not sure where I want to be picked up or dropped off yet - What should I do?

If you are making a reservation and are unsure where you’ll be staying, you can simply make your reservation first, and call or email us with your hotel information when it has been determined. 

What time will I be picked up for my tour?

Since our tours are private and customizable, your exact pick up time will be determined during the planning process after you have booked your tour. Most tours begin early, mid or late morning.

What should I bring on the tour?

Don’t forget sunscreen, hats, a jacket or sweater, sunglasses, cell phone battery packs comfortable shoes! 

Is gratuity included in the price?

No, it is not. Tips are greatly appreciated! Standard tips are between 15%-20%

We are not responsible for delayed or elongated tours due to traffic, weather, accidents, mechanical issues or any other situations beyond our control. Adventures LA is not responsible for articles left on board. Customers are responsible for all items taken on a tour.

I acknowledge my participation in the Tour provided by Grape Adventures/KJH Holdings, LLC is voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand that I voluntarily ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any risk of loss, personal injury, that may be sustained by me and any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of participation in the tour.
