A ground to glass operation, the Carhartts take extreme pride in farming their own fruit sustainably, with the utmost care and consideration for the environment. We pour over 20 seasonal selections throughout the year, allowing our guests to taste an assortment of varietals and blends.
Carhartt began with an initial planting of just seven acres of Merlot and three acres of Syrah back in 1996. Today, our estate has grown to encompass three separate vineyards, all with their own distinctive set of varietals and characteristics.
