Dreamcôte is a craft wine and hard apple cider collaboration project that seeks to simplify how wine drinkers perceive wine. We make 750 cases of small-batch carbonic wines, pétillant-natural (OG sparkling) and ciders fermented with hyperlocal hops, herbs and fruit from our farm. Flavors change every vintage. Come taste in our 800-square foot tasting room, just off the main drag in Los Olivos, California, in a fun, unpretentious and pet friendly setting. Bring your pooch. We’re super dog friendly!
